Chair Mould Temperature Control Method

The Chair Mould(FURNITUREMOULD) temperature is controlled by a system that includes a temperature control box, a heating coil, and a nozzle.

Chair mould hot oil heating has several methods available, such as steam, hot oil circulation, and resistance heating chair moulds to control its temperature. Circulating cooling water or air can be used to cool the chair mould temperature. Injection moulding machines are typically cooled by electrical resistance heating and cooling water.

When we use resistive heating to heat the chair mould, the plate position is a resistor, the body is heated with a bar, and the cylindrical part is heated with an electric coil. The cooling water cycle can be placed where it is necessary to lower the temperature.

The resistance heating and cooling water cycles need to be alternated to meet the chair mould operation requirements so that the mould temperature can be controlled within the desired temperature range during the process.

Molten Plastic Enters The Chair Mould Through The Main Channel

The main flow path is a tapered portion that connects the injection moulding machine nozzle to the branch flow path through which the molten plastic enters the Chair Mould(FURNITUREMOULD). Its diameter is closely related to plastic flow velocity and filling time. If the diameter is too large, it will cause too much cold material and increase the cooling time. Too much air is likely to cause air bubbles, loose tissue, and eddy currents and poor cooling.

In addition, when the diameter is too large, the heat loss of the melt will increase, the fluidity will decrease, and the injection pressure loss will increase, which causes trouble in moulding. If the diameter is too small, the flow resistance of the melt is increased, and the same problem occurs in moulding.

The side door system runner and the point gate system runner are approximately the same, but they are available in different sizes.

The runner for the thermoplastic is usually placed in the gate and the gate is made of a separate insert that accelerates on the fixed plate, but for some small moulds it can also be machined directly on the plate. Gates can be divided into two categories: two plate gates and three die gates.

Successful Design of Chair Mould Requires Reasonable Judgment And Experience

The successful design of chairs and the manufacture of quality chair products require reasonable judgment and experience. Designed products require plastic knowledge, including their strengths and weaknesses, and some familiarity with the processing methods. Before the designer is familiar with the process, the manufacturer must fully consider the designer’s confidence in the early stages of development and consult frequently in the early stages. Designers should not be limited only by understanding a processor approach, and in particular, should avoid focusing on a narrow aspect of the design or process.

Also, the reinforcing ribs moulded in the low mould shrinkage amorphous TP will be different from the high mould shrinking crystalline TP ribs, even if both plastics are injection moulded.
